OFFLINE UNITS

OLUS intelligent bypass filters allow users to maintain proper oil cleanliness as well as monitor contamination levels in real time with a single device.

OIL CONDITION MONITORING CENTER

The Oil Condition Monitoring Center (CMC) combines technologies enabling sampling in aerated low pressure lubrication and hydraulic systems. The CMC limits the formation of air bubbles, so they are not counted as particles. In addition, it allows continuous monitoring of the presence of particles in systems where there is no oil pressure. CMC is suitable for installation in most low pressure lubrication and hydraulic systems.

VACUUM DEHYDRATORS

Vacuum dehydrators are oil cleaning devices designed to be used directly on various types of tanks. Dehydrators are suitable for cleaning and getting rid of water from majority of oil types, such as turbine, hydraulic, transformer and other oils, by removing particles, gases and water. In this way, the purified oil will meet even the highest quality requirements according to ISO 4406.

BYPASS FILTERS WITH PREHEATING

The unique OLUH radial filtration system is characterized by the exceptional efficiency of the filter elements and the micronage of up to 0.5 micrometer. The preheated by-pass filters are specifically designed for hydraulic and lubrication systems operating in cold environments. Thanks to electrical heating, oil with low temperature and/or high viscosity reaches a temperature at which effective filtration is possible. Bypass preheating filters can be installed in both new and existing installations.

OFFLINE FILTER WITH WATER ABSORPTION FUNCTION

The radial filtration system is characterized by exceptional efficiency of filtration elements and micronage of up to 0.5 micrometer. There is a possibility of individual filter micronage selection depending on needs. In case of very high water contamination, the by-pass filters can be equipped with special spin-on water absorbing filters, which will remove most of the water before it reaches the cellulose cartridge.

EXTREME FILTRATION EFFICIENCY

Offline filters for OLU*A, OLU*B equipment are specifically designed for industrial hydraulic systems and are available in single or collective systems. The radial filtration system ensured high efficiency of filtration elements and micronage parameters of up to 0.5 micrometer. There is a possibility of individual filter micronage selection depending on your needs.

LINEAR PARTICLE CONTAMINATION SENSOR

The CMS Linear Contamination Monitor automatically measures and indicates the degree of particle contamination, humidity and temperature of various hydraulic fluids. It is designed for direct installation in systems requiring continuous measurement and analysis with simultaneous cost reduction and space saving.

FILTER CART FOR LOW FLOW TANKS

Filter Cart is ideal for use with small or medium tanks with low flow rates. It is suitable for filtration, replenishing or replacement of industrial, mineral and synthetic fluids. Mobile systems such as filter cart provide a cost effective solution to keep fluids clean during multiple applications with the same lubricant.
